Welcome to Sailracerpro.com. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Sailracerprosupport LLC ("Company", "we", or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our web or mobile applications (the "Software"). This policy is designed to comply with the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act (DPDPA) and other applicable U.S. privacy laws. Your data, your choice.

2. What Personal Information Do We Collect?
We collect only the data reasonably necessary for the Software’s features. This includes:
• Performance and fitness data you provide or authorize (GPS location, speed, heading, track angles, height/jump measurements, time, heart rate, lap data, calories, and other activity data derived from the pre-recorded activity file you supply or from your device when recording a live session).
• Email address (for Google authentication, account management, support, and important software notices).
• Optional public profile information (nickname, avatar) if you choose to share session summaries or participate in live events.

We do not collect full names, addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or any other personal contact information unless you voluntarily provide it.

3. How Do We Collect Your Data and Notify You?
We request your permission (via device settings or Garmin integration) to access GPS/activity data when you first use the Software or upload a session. If you do not grant permission, or do not upload FIT or GPX files, then core features will be inoperable. We collect data when you:
• Use the Software (replay, live racing, or upload FIT/GPX files).
• Authorize Garmin or other GPS devices to share data with us.
• Voluntarily provide feedback, complete a survey, or contact support.
• Browse our website (via cookies and similar technologies).

4. How Do We Use Your Data?
We use your data to:
• Provide advanced activity analytics, session replays, performance metrics, and live tracking of your sessions, to you.
• Enable you (with your explicit consent) to share session summary data anonymously or with an optional public nickname/avatar.
• Enable you (with your explicit consent) to share live positional data in private or public events (you may remain fully anonymous).
• Improve the Software and deliver in-app targeted advertising to freemium subscription users (paid subscribers can opt out of all advertising).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. How Do We Store and Secure Your Data?
We use secure HTTPS transmission, encryption, and user authentication. All data is stored on Google Firebase / Google Cloud servers located in Australia. Google acts as our data processor under strict contractual obligations that require them to process data only on our behalf and in accordance with this policy.

Secure storage practices include:
• Encryption: Data in transit uses TLS/SSL; data at rest uses AES or equivalent.
• Access controls: Role-based access limited to authorized personnel with regular reviews and multi-factor authentication.
• Regular security audits and backups.

Data is retained only for the duration of your active subscription plus 14 days after it expires. You may delete your data at any time through the app. After the retention period, all data is permanently deleted.

7. How Do We Share Your Data?
• **Service providers**: We share data with Google (Firebase) solely to host and operate the Software, and with Stripe (payment gateway) to support secure online payments.
• **With your consent**: You may direct us to share session summaries or live positional data publicly or with event participants. Live data cannot be recalled once shared.
• We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers or other third parties except as described above.

8. Sensitive Data
Your GPS location and fitness/heart-rate data are considered sensitive under Delaware law. We process this data only with your explicit consent (granted when you use the features) and only for the purposes described in this policy.

9. Your Rights Under Delaware Law (DPDPA) and Other U.S. Laws
You have the following rights (exercisable at any time via the app or by emailing us):
• Right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Right to opt out of any sale of personal data (we do not sell data) or targeted advertising.
• Right to limit use of sensitive data.
• Right to data portability (where technically feasible). This is not possible due to the nature of the data.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

All personal data is available, editable, and deletable in the app while your subscription is active. Location data you authorize from Garmin or your device cannot be corrected by us — you may delete it instead. Live shared data cannot be recalled or altered.

10. Anonymity and Pseudonymity
You may participate anonymously by default. You may choose a public nickname/avatar when sharing, but you are never required to identify yourself.

11. Overseas Disclosure
Your data is stored on servers in Australia but is accessible worldwide via the cloud. Live positional data you choose to share publicly may be visible to users anywhere in the world.

12. Privacy Policies of Linked Websites
Our policy applies only to Sailracerpro.com. If you click a link to another site, read their privacy policy.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here and will become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes your acceptance.
