 Sailracerpro Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 19 April 2026

1. Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains Sailracerprosupport LLC’s ("Company", "we", or "us") rules for refunds and subscription cancellations for the Sailracerpro.com Software. It forms part of the End User License Agreement (EULA) and applies to all web and mobile users. By subscribing or using the Software you agree to these terms.

2. 14-Day Refund Window
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date you first use the Software (whether during the free trial or after you subscribe).  
• This gives you time to test the Software on your own device(s) and decide if the features, performance, and content meet your needs.  
• You must use the 14-day trial period to evaluate the Software before committing to a paid subscription.  
• Refunds are available only within this 14-day window and only if you request one before the period expires.  
• After 14 days from first use, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

To request a refund within the 14-day window, contact us at sailracerpro@gmail.com with your account email. We aim to process approved refunds within 5 business days.

3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
• Cancellation stops all future billing.  
• You will continue to have full access to the Software until the end of your current paid subscription period (no early termination or pro-rata refunds).  
• After the paid period ends, your subscription will not renew, your application access will end,  your data will be deleted.

You can cancel directly in the app (under Account Settings through stripe) or by contacting us at sailracerpro@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future payments only.

4. No Other Refunds
Except for the 14-day window described above, we do not offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds for:
• Unused subscription time  
• Downgrades  
• Changes in usage  
• Any other reason

5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes your acceptance.

6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, consistent with the EULA.
